"My holistic midwife first referred me to Lila when I was 33 weeks pregnant but my baby was breech and had been for a couple of weeks. I had my first bodywork session with Lila the next day, and at my midwife's follow-up appointment immediately afterwards we were thrilled to learn that baby had made a full turn and was now downward facing. I fully credit Lila's bodywork with baby flipping in a gentle and comfortable way. I did more sessions after that and they were one of the best things I experienced during my pregnancy. I would describe it as very personalized full body massage session. It is different than normal prenatal massages I'd recieved because she goes so much more in depth for pregnancy-- massaging the womb and around the hip joints and focusing on fully relaxing any tension. She has a wonderful, calm energy and truly cares. The sessions helped me prepare for a smooth birth. After my birth I did some postnatal care with Lila, I'd never done a V-steam before but it felt great and sped up healing after birth. I would recommend Lila's services for any pregnant woman looking to prepare her body for a smooth birth."

"Last cycle I actually remembered to steam consistently and even though my cycle was still only 23 days, I'm in way less pain and some SHIT is coming out of me...like very dark old stuff. Wild. So grateful for sharing your wisdom. I did get my period in the middle of the night so I may have slept through the worst of the pain (a huge improvement because I used to wake up in the middle of the night and puke), but no nausea or lightheadedness. I even went for a little walk this morning!!!"

"I start(ed) spotting yesterday so I didn't do my 3 days but I BARELY HAVE CRAMPS and it's day 1!!! I am used to taking at least half to one acetaminophen on day one and maybe day two and still have excruciating pain. I am so happy. Thank you, I am hoping to have more healing as I continue the plan"

"I did steam three times using the herbs and schedule you recommended. And this times my pms symptoms are so much better! I'm not snappy at my partner, and I don't feel the usual anxiety and deep depression. Feel pretty calm actually, thank you!"

In my practice, holistic means integrating different physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual medicines to address the roots of illness and align the body into its most healthful place. I live in the space between modern tools and ancestral therapies. The essence of my work is a reconnection to the self, an embodiment of the innate human spirit, and a bridging back to the natural elements that we are born from.
Healing is as unique as you areβ¦
My love of science remains foundational to my spiritual connections, however extrasensory guidance ultimately drives the way I operate in my work. Although I work primarily with plants and other natural medicines, I also value the use of pharmaceuticals and other modern tools when indicated.

This journal is made for women πΏπ
Including 16 pages with information about the menstrual cycle symbolized by the four seasons, a basic hormone overview, and anatomical descriptions. Each cycle phase (i.e. each season) is accompanied by a suggested list of reflection prompts to go along with the sensations and energies of that season.
There are 78 pages for journaling, using the moon cycle and cycle day number as a guide. All inner pages are a thick cream colored paper and colored ink. The front and back features a deep emerald green cardstock covering with a gold edge on the inner pages.
These journals are made for the pen and paper type of woman who is wanting to live in tune with the magic and physiology of her cycle.
These special chartbooks include 12 Rhythm Tracker charts to collect information about your cycle, including symptoms, blood amount and consistency, mucus changes, and any emotional/mood related shifts. These charts work similar to a calendar using the moon as a guide to help you plan your month along with your cycle. The back page includes an extra 2 weeks for charting in case your cycle runs longer than 28 days. Charts are designed to be friendly for women with irregular cycles and is designed to track changes for women seeking better menstrual health, wanting to sync cycles with the moon, or working with fertility challenges. They are a great resource when working with a holistic women's health practitioner or acupuncturist. These books also include 12 standard style fertility trackers using a graph to track temperature shifts, and check boxes for mucus and intercourse dates.
The front cover is a thick cardboard style with a glossy purple embedded design, and gold wiring on the top of the chartbook so the pages flip over vertically. These books also contain basic overview of the cycle, the two main hormones involved, how to sync your cycle with the moon, and information about the luteal shift- the week before your bleed when many women experience a significant change in their capacity for stress and stimulation. The dates for all four phases of the moon through the end of 2025 are included, making it easier to connect with the lunar shifts.
